Refunds & Returns

We are a small art shop and we want you to be happy with what you ordered. If something is not right, email us at [email protected] (or just reply to your order email) and we will handle it fairly and reasonably. Here is how it works.

Limited-release handmade shirts

Our limited-release handmade shirts are the heart of this store. Each run is small and each piece is made in-house in Oshkosh, so once a run is gone an identical replacement may not exist. If your handmade piece arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery (or pickup) with your order number and a photo. When an exchange within the run is possible we will offer one; when it is not, we will refund you in full. You do not need to ship the item back unless we ask.

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong items

The same promise covers everything else we sell, including shirts printed on demand. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund it, your choice.

Made-to-order and personalized items

Our printed-on-demand shirts are made to order, so we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse, wrong size selected, or a change of mind. Please check size charts and any personalization text carefully before ordering. If we made the mistake, we fix it at no cost to you.

Orders that have not shipped

Need to cancel or fix a typo? Email us as soon as possible. If your order has not gone into production yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Local pickup orders

Limited-release handmade shirts can offer local pickup in Oshkosh at checkout. Please look your order over when you pick it up; if something is wrong, we will make it right on the spot or follow up by email, whichever is easier for you. The same 30-day damaged-item promise applies from the day you pick up.

How refunds arrive

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Card refunds typically arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. ACH bank debit refunds (available to approved business customers) return to the originating bank account and can take a little longer. Any Wisconsin sales tax collected on a refunded order is refunded with it.
